The annual South Carroll Region Area Band Festival will take place on Thursday March 9, 2017 at 7PM in the South Carroll High School Gymnasium. The purpose of this festival is to promote instrumental music in our schools and to encourage our current instrumentalists to continue to participate in band throughout their public-school years.
