SCH Instrumental Music Banquet RSVP Link

May 10, 2017

The link to RSVP for the end-of-year Instrumental Music Banquet on May 18th was imbedded in my previous email but was only active if you clicked on 'continue reading'.

To be clear you can RSVP by clicking here: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0d4caaa92fa5fb6-spring

FYI - here is the relevant text of my previous email regarding the upcoming concerts and banquet.  Please read closely:

On May 16 at 7PM, the Orchestra and Band I (freshman) will present a public concert.  This is a graded performance for members of these ensembles.  Students should arrive in concert attire no later than 6:30PM.  The concert should last roughly an hour.  I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the progress the students have made since their last public performance!

On May 18 at 5PM, all SCH Band and Orchestra students and family members are invited to attend an end-of-year banquet prior to the May 18th concert to recognize everyone's contributions to the success of our instrumental music program.  Seniors will be recognized and there were be awards for students in every performing ensemble.  The main course will be provided by Concetta's and the Boosters will provide a cake.  If you plan on attending (and we hope you do!), please RSVP here and consider bringing a side dish that will serve roughly 4 people.

On May 18 at 7PM, the Honors Orchestra, Honors Wind Ensemble, and Indoor Percussion Ensemble will present a public concert.  This is a graded performance for members of these ensembles.  Students should arrive in concert attire no later than 6:30PM.  The concert should last roughly 90 minutes and seniors will be recognized for their service.  I assure you that you'll hear some incredible music!
