On Saturday, October 28, 2017 the South Carroll Marching Band will participate in the Stevenson University Band Day Experience. I know that you already have the date and time blocked out on your calendar, but please find final details below.
This is an opportunity for us to play alongside SU band members, learn tips from other marching band faculty and staff, and socialize with students from other local high schools.
Water will be provided for all participants during the day.
Inclement Weather Plan:
Should there be a need, Stevenson University will make an informed decision by Noon on Friday, October 27, 2017. If there is a cancellation, everyone will be notified as quickly as possible via email and text.
Ticket Info for Parents:
All parents and guardians not assigned to band related duties are responsible for food and admission into the stadium.

All tickets sold online will be available for pickup at the will call window located in front of Mustang Stadium starting 90 minutes before game time.
What to Wear:
The Stevenson University faculty suggest that students wear jeans and sneakers for this event. Student participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
Food and Refreshments:
Lunch will be served in the Caves Gymnasium that is situated next to the football stadium.
The menu consists of:
Vegetarian and gluten free options will be served as well. Please let us know of any dietary concerns.
