South Carroll Student Earns Position in All State Junior Band

Congratulations to South Carroll High School freshman Laura H. for earning a position in the Maryland Music Educators Association (MMEA) All State Junior Band.  Laura is the only student from Carroll County to have successfully auditioned for this prestigious ensemble.
