The Maryland Music Educator’s Association District VIII Solo and Ensemble Festival will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 . All events, including percussion, will take place at Winters Mill High School . Performances will take place between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The registration due date is Friday, February 20 at 11:59 pm.
